<p>It seems that employees of an unnamed Verizon store were unable to wrap their heads around an account holder passing away: when his family tried to have the plan canceled, they told her no one could cancel or alter the plan except for the original account holder &#8211; who is deceased!<br />
Here&#8217;s the real point of the article:</p>
